Grand Oaks is a multifamily property located in Northwest Houston’s Greater Inwood Neighborhood. The redevelopment effort performed by Olive Tree, in partnership with AHP, includes a sustainable retrofit of the property’s plumbing, electric and HVAC systems, alongside a comprehensive renewal of the unit interiors and tenant amenities. Upon completion, the property will provide tenants with a secure, gated community with a wide array of amenities.

We have preserved lower rent levels at the property and increased the quality of life of our tenants through an increased focus on amenities and sustainable initiatives.
