Brennan Sanders

Brennan is Vice President of Affordable Housing at Olive Tree Holdings. 

Brennan leads Olive Tree’s Affordable Housing platform in Texas, including the identification of acquisition prospects which serve to benefit within Olive Tree’s dynamic repositioning program, the execution of moderate to substantial rehabilitation funded through both conventional financing and LIHTC, and operational positioning strongly based on public-private partnership with the communities we invest in.

Brennan entered the affordable housing industry with Dominium Development and Acquisition, based out of Plymouth, MN, and later moved to Gardner Capital, based out of St. Louis, MO, where he managed the firm’s LIHTC development efforts in the Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth metroplexes. Brennan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University, and a Master of Land and Property Development from Texas A&M University.
